solidworks Using flexible hoses with threaded end connections in assemblies

We often use the same hose in many different assemblies, each requiring different end positions. Is there a way of specifying the hose assembly such that the minimum bend radius and flexible length can be fixed, thus allowing the hose to be inserted in multiple assemblies without creating a configuration for each? I believe this would require being able to fix the length of the spline that defines the hose thus allowing the end positions to determine the run of the pipe subject to length and minimum bend radius..

 

Hoping someone has a simple answer to this problem.
